First Aid Procedures:
Vapor inhalation: Non-toxic

Eye Contact:
Remove any contact lenses, and immediately flush with water for 15 minutes. If irritation persists, contact a physician.

Skin Contact:
Slight irritation in rare cases with extended contact. wash with soap
and water.

Ingestion:
Do Not Induce Vomiting. Get immediate medical attention. Inhalation into the lungs could be fatal.

All of our cosmetics, skincare, and beauty accessories are formulated and packaged within a few days of your order. Allow up to a week for orders to be dispatched with the shipping carrier you selected at checkout. Shipping times differ between each of the shipping methods shown at checkout and the country where the products are being shipped to. You can expect orders in Canada to take up to 10 days to arrive, up to 7 days for the United States, and up to three weeks for international orders. A tracking number will always be provided for orders, and we recommend referring to your delivery confirmation email to track your order and estimated delivery date.

There are situations that happen during a delivery that prevent a package from reaching the customer such as a missing apartment number, wrong house number, or a forwarding address that doesn't support deliveries. If a package fails to be delivered there's a high likelihood it can be returned before attempting another delivery.

How Can I Track my order:

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Track order now

If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at store@peachesncherries.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

OUR RETURN POLICY

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your Peaches n Cherries purchase. If you are not, we will gladly accept the return of items that are unwashed, unworn, and unaltered with the original tags attached and accompanied by the original invoice for online orders, or purchase information from your printed store receipt, within 30 days of order shipment date (excluding watches and fine jewelry which must be returned within 10 days of the order shipment date).

Limited-edition styles are eligible for return within seven days of the shipping date.

Watches and Fine Jewelry must be in perfect condition, with all protective materials, tags and stickers attached. To return watches and fine jewelry, please contact customer support. Return within 10 days of the shipment date.

Please allow up to three weeks for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.

EXCHANGES
If you would like to make an exchange you may do so, as long as it is for the same item (at the same price) in a different size or color.
Please return the exchanged item(s) within 4 business days of initiating the exchange online.
Exchanged item(s) must be received within 14 days from the day the exchange is initiated online to avoid being charged.

TIMING FOR A RETURN
